Shop Policy

PROCESSING TIME:

For products listed in the shop that do not require customization, processing time is 2 to 4 business days, not including shipping time. For custom products, please allow 1 to 2 weeks of processing, not including shipping. Proofs for custom orders will be given within 1 week of order confirmation.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

We ship either using USPS First Class for orders under 16 ounces and USPS Priority Mail with tracking for orders over 16 ounces.

Free local pickup for orders in the Southern California region. Must be willing to drive to zip code 92688 when choosing free local pickup at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

International shipping is currently only available for Canada. For all other international locations, please contact miriam@agapecalligraphy.com for a custom shipping quote.

RETURNS:

CANCELLATIONS:

Cancellations may only be made within 24 hours of order purchase.
